Q How simple is it really?
A Really, really simple. You could have live availability on your website within five minutes if you wanted to. If you don't have or don't know about FTP you'll probably need your web designer to add the one line of widget code to your website. But that really is a couple of minutes work at most.
Q Do you offer a free trial period?
A The Startup plan is just freeā€¦.. period! And that contains everything you need to start publishing live availability to your website. If you process more than 100 participants per month then you will need to be on one of the paid plans but don't panic they all come with a 90 day free trial to get you started!
Q Is there a contract / minimum agreement length?
A Absolutely not. If you are on a paid plan you can cancel at any time. We take payment monthly in advance, if you cancel we take no further payments and at the end of your paid period your account reverts to the Startup (free) plan.
Q I like to respond to any enquiries or bookings instantly, but I don't want to be chained to my computer waiting for emails?
A Buy an SMS bolt on and receive an SMS every time a booking or enquiry comes through your widget. So you know when its worth logging in.
Q I have more than one website can I put the availability widget on them all?
A Yes - the widget can be placed on as many of your websites as you like at no extra cost. The same line of code will work for all your websites.
Q I do cross promotions with another local activity venue, can we put our widgets on each others websites?
A Yes, absolutely. rezBot will even track any bookings or enquiries that come from your fellow activity venues. See next question too.
Q Voucher companies and booking agents resell my packages. Can they put the widget on their websites?
A Yes, absolutely. In fact we'll very soon be adding tracking so you'll be able to see which resellers are successfully reselling your activities. (You might want to pay them some commission!)
Q I run two different activities with differing availability levels, will the widget work for me?
A Yes it will. You'll need to setup both activities in your account with their respective availabilities. Each activity will then have its own dedicated widget.
Q I have more than one venue, can you cater for me?
A Absolutely, each account can cater for multiple venues and activities. Each venue will have its own dedicated availability widget.
